I have just completed the 3 weeks training conducted by Mr Ricky. The training was excellent. It was very helpful especially for those who have no knowledge and experience in headhunting Mr. Ricky is very knowledgeable and resourceful. The training for new joiner recruiter was excellently curated. Although I have no experience in recruiting, I get so much input from attending the training and felt like I was being guided thoroughly. Huge thanks to Ricky who is the trainer for introducing this program!

Recruitment is not an odd word for most of us, especially for those who have been involved in recruitment. After attending recruitment classes conducted by Mr. Ricky, I am now realise that recruitment is a process by itself. There are stages that we to go through. Mr Ricky was able to share his experience and knowledge on how to conduct a recruitment. I now have a better understanding of the recruitment process. The participants gained a lot of knowledge during the past 3 weeks program which is FOC. . I would encourage anyone who is interested in a recruitment job to attend future classes that will be organised by VRExcellent Sdn Bhd from time to time. . Mr. Ricky handled the class professionally and efficiently. Kudos to him for sharing his insights on the recruitment process.
