Very nice people, but I’m making 6 dollars an hour less than my fellow coworker(hired by a different temp agency) same exact position. He just graduated while I’ve worked 4 years in the industry….. so ya don’t use volt if you want to properly compensated

I talked with Shivam Dhiman on the phone and confirmed the description of a job I applied for. He informed me that his manager will be calling me to set up an interview. Accouple of hours go by, his manager calls me. Mind you, I can’t really understand what he’s saying because he had a strong accent. I have the manager repeat himself a few times, in which he became annoyed by it. He then proceeds to say, “Have a good day” then hangs up on me while I was still talking. Volt Workforce, I don’t know why you hire people who can’t speak English properly. No one will understand what they’re saying. On top of that, they can’t keep a professional demeanor, knowing that they don’t speak English that well. I too, come from English being my secondary language so I understand the struggle. But that does not mean I get to be rude. Therefore, do NOT work with people like this. I WOULD NOT RECCOMENT ANYONE TO WORK UNDER THIS STAFFING.

I met both Daniel and Ashlee at a job fair, and ended up chatting with them for a while. Both were super friendly and helpful – Daniel put me in touch with another person who handled jobs that better fit the type of work I was looking for, and I already have a virtual interview/chat set up with her the next day! Here’s to hoping Tessa is able to help me match up with a great new opportunity! Thank you all 🙂
