I have worked for this company off and on since 2021 and I can say I am truly disappointed. It’s bad enough the workers don’t get benefits which I understand due to the way the schedules are, BUT I needed a hardship document to be sent to someone so I can receive rental assistance and Payroll has not sent that in. The document was requested on the 10th of April and the person has not heard anything from that department ever! I was denied assistance because Payroll has not reached out. I myself has even tried to contact that department and nothing back. Something as simple as a document was all I needed. Very disappointed in this company. I have recommended tons of people to work for them. Terrible.

I’ve worked for this company since 2020. When I first started it was cool to make some extra money. but now THE ABSOLUTE WORST. EVERYBODY IS RUDE! ALOT OF MISS COMMUNICATION and on top of that. They are not paying their staff I have not gotten paid for a weekend shift that I worked in September and its now February no one is answering the phone or returning emails.

I’d been working here a little over four years and I honestly grew to not like them. At first it was amazing, me being young and always having a full time job and using this as a side hustle. I would not recommend working at any temp agency not offering healthcare benefits and PTO if you are over the age of 26 needing your own healthcare plan and would like to acquire retirement benefits and PTO. As a side hustle, it’s great and there is mostly always a shift to pick up and you can work on your own schedule. My only discrepancies with this company is not being paid on time, payroll having an error in oversight in how much I was paid on a specific day, the company not allowing overtime even though several properties request me by NAME based on my work ethic, and poor communication as they no longer have a headquarters. Everything is remote for the company and have the company line wired to personal devices!! Imagine you calling about a matter and someone’s rejecting the call or the phone is on do not disturb. There has also been numerous times a shift was double booked for me and another employee of this agency.
