Her commitment to work should be particularly appreciated; He always helps, answers the phone even outside the company’s standard working hours, which doesn’t happen very often. This is really nice and valuable. Mrs. Aneta is the contact person for the POs and also provides them with support. And not only technically, but also psychologically. Finding the best way to solve a difficult situation or effectively calm down a conflict situation (as it was in my case) is, in my opinion, one of the best forms of “hot” help that a coordinator can offer to a person working on a commission.
