I got a phone call about a job working around busy adults helping children get into taxis early hours in the morning making sure they get to school on time. I was extremely confused by this as I hadn’t even applied for this job. I was also told it would be Monday to Thursday position which I didn’t want. Then all of a sudden the woman on the phone told me I would be working on line and I apparently I had attended an induction when I never did. t this point I was really perplexed by what job they were offering me. Of once did I say I didn’t want the job the woman said I can pick my own days. I said if I can pick my own days I will take the job considering I need part time work. At this point she then randomly said “well you seem like you’re busy today if you don’t want the job just tell me and I won’t bother calling anymore when I never declined the job. I was just trying to get my head around what job I would be doing and choose my working days. Extremely rude and unprofessional. No idea how she even got her job in the first place. I was so frustrated in the end with my experience I hung up abruptly.

I’ve had the pleasure of calling couple of Vital agency offices only to discover how rude, unprofessional and arrogant the office employees are. The way you are treated is unacceptable and I advise people to stay away from this employer, unless you want to be treat like a piece of dirt.

Some terible people are working here that should not be able to have this job treating people like animals. Change the personel working in there please I cant even get a job because agency asistants are not willing to help making me wait for a mounth promising to call back and not calling at all that is discusting. I wish these people to be in my place
