Such a strange and unorganised company/agency. Was hoping to work for them as I got recommended to them. First of all the office people need to learn how to speak to people and not be in a mood! Their favourite phrase appears to be – “no jobs available, just sign up to our talent pool”.
Also they seem to love asking, are you a blue/white hat? As soon as you say a blue hat they straight away turn you down! How do you expect someone to gain some sort of experience when you don’t give them a starting point in the first place?
Had high hopes for this company as a few people had recommended me this company in the trade, clearly misleading and the complete OPPOSITE!!!

I’ve had a couple of friends come over at Vital looking for jobs and even though they didn’t have any availability, they are really friendly and they contact back as soon as they have some new vacancies open. I’ve seen bad reviews here but I don’t understand why. People have some bad days as well sometimes, we are human after all. Please be more kind. You never know what someone goes through. Thank you Vital!

Very nice agency I came in contact with. Other agencies make fake promises to provide work and waste too much time. Vital agency is the best agency in Wolverhampton.They never make fake promises. Special thanks to ( Gabreila ) I came in contact so many times and another lady named ( catrina ) I think, both are very genuine.
