I worked at Middlesbrough Bus Station for a few weeks and unfortunately had a negative experience. I was dismissed without being given a chance to appeal or explain my side, and the reasons for my termination seemed unfair and petty. The company culture was challenging, with unrealistic expectations and a lack of support. The working environment was made even more difficult by a manager who created unnecessary stress and a generally negative atmosphere. Additionally, some of the cleaners would report me, making the job even harder. Overall, I found the experience demoralizing, and I wouldn’t recommend the company to others seeking a fair and supportive workplace
