I have been a resident at Providence Pointe Apartments since 2020, and my experience has been great. I’ve never had any issues with my neighbors or management. Anytime I’ve had a concern or needed something addressed, the management team has resolved it quickly and efficiently. The location is convenient, and the pricing is reasonable for the area. Overall, I’m very satisfied living here and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Great apartment complex!! Manager is always super helpful, kind, and compassionate. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Biloxi area. Also great floorplans up to 4-bedrooms. Not many places have that!!

Nice apartment complex situated within a short distance from literally everything! You couldn’t get a more convenient location anywhere. Popps Ferry into D’Iberville promenade, Popps Ferry to Biloxi Pass Road west to the mall or East to Keesler AFB, Veterans Hospital, Big Play, Casino’s, the beach, etc. You’re literally less than a mile straight shot to I-10 and only a few miles straight shot north to Highway 67. Perfectly and conveniently situated geographically.
The complex is quiet, the residents are friendly, lots of kids for your kids to play with, a playground, a swimming pool, has a laundry mat, a friendly and helpful courtesy officer on site, and is a resident of the complex as well, management is friendly and informative, full time maintenance person on site, and he’s extremely friendly and helpful.
Providence Pointe isn’t “cheap”, it’s affordable. Cheap is another word for low quality. If you’re looking for convenience, pool, on site laundry mat, lots of children, not having to worry about thieves or your safety, reliable maintenance, friendly, responsive management and affordability— Providence Pointe is the answer.
