Good day! I sent my files to your office. You already charged me 138 CAD through my credit card but I didnt receive any confirmation or file number from you. I’ve called your office on weekdays hoping someone will answer my questions and I stayed on the line for 30 minutes or more but unfortunately no one answered. I sent emails but only said ” To call your office.” And it’s even an automated email. What I am supposed to do? No one is answering ? Please enlighten me. I don’t want to waste my time, money and effort.
So I didn’t have a choice but to write a review on your page to call your attention. I hope you will assist me as written on your website.

Passive aggressive employees handling phonecalls despite being respectful to them. 0/5 stars. You shouldn’t be on the phone for customer services like this. People who call here are mostly immigrants, have a compassion.

I wish that All international students in Québec would have rights study information in DLI’s and would be provided CAQ’s information.
I never received permanent code number though my study was Collegial formation program collaboration between ILSC and Cegep de la Gaspesie et del Ilse, fully recognized by Ministry higer education.
Whay FTE programs I attended in Québec from 2019,02.25 to 2020,03,06 should provide to me.
