Absolutely bad behavior, very arrogant. You are running a consultancy but you don’t know who to talk to and how to talk to candidates. Learn to answer properly when candidates call. If the candidate gets a placement somewhere, you will take a percentage. When you have to talk to the candidate, learn to speak well. I will tell everyone not to do any work for this consultancy.
