The location is central, a 5 minute walk from New Street Station and easy to find.
I regularly use Regus Offices for meetings, but I found this one to be a bit ‘sub-par’ 🫤
The Receptionist was quite grumpy and seemed more preoccupied chatting to her colleague (when we asked for assistance she reacted as though we were an ‘nuisance’).
The meeting room was way too warm, with no means to individually change the temperature 👎. We asked for it to be lowered but we’re told it is centrally controlled and couldn’t be altered 👎
It was a reasonable price, but I don’t think I’d go there again…

Victoria square one of the most beautiful places in Birmingham and a must visit places in town. Full of excitement and energy location

Shakela the area manager is so unprofessional and has poor buisness communication skills if there is anyone else you could speak too within the area please do.
I wouldn’t recommend signing a contract with this organisation. There are many hidden costs that are not mentioned until the initial meeting which would be weeks after signing the contract as the office is understaffed and overwhelmed.
