Really a good experience. Huge support from my advisor. However, I just needed to be told that if you report sick and become ill for the same reason, you can no longer receive financial support. Fairly important info instead of “I understand that you want to get started and you have to do what’s right for you”. There was just one “BUT” missing. Because I wasn’t ready and I was told that many people make that mistake because they run out of patience.

I’ve only had good experiences with them so far anyway… 😊 Unfortunately, you hear so many horror stories about the different case managers… But I’ve only experienced the opposite… Very nice and very responsive, so you feel you are heard and taken seriously… 😊😊😊

Unfortunately, it is entirely up to the case how good a service you get here. I have an incredibly skilled and apathetic job consultant who uses the service law for what we have it for. But unfortunately a rarity.
