Tried to get a little help because hours were cut where I work. Nothing. That has no problem throwing the extra $600 at people during covid. Which I worked through the entire thing. Yet I can’t get a little help until work picks back up? What’s the point in having an unemployment commission then?

If you are able to get a hold of someone here they are the BEST one to call in my opinion. During the beginning of all this Covid mess I had a lot of questions! They are the ONLY office that was helpful. Without them, i wouldn’t of even started reviving my unemployment money because I was doing my claim all wrong. All the other unemployment offices said they couldn’t help because they don’t do a anything with PUA but this office went out of their way to find out the information and relay it to me. Now if I have any questions I just call and call them until I get someone because they are the only office I trust. Hope this helps!

They do not answer their phones at all. They do not care to help people. Absolutely unreal. I’ve called day after day with no response. It’s either busy or it goes to the voicemail which doesn’t even allow you to leave a message.
