Horrible experience . New to the state I picked VIP because of location. The NP was polite and a nice guy. I went in for SEVERE stomach pains. He ordered a specific blood test at My Quest. They said they don’t do that blood tests??? After emailing him and telling him about my failed blood test VISIT he did nothing . Literally nothing! Still in pain I HAD TO schedule to see him again which took about two weeks. Still in pain . I went to the VIP office for my second visit and waited 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time. I had enough and left . Finally after another week of nothing he emails me and says he is scheduling me to see a GI something that could have been done in the first five minutes of seeing me. No thanks. If you want quality service with the most basic sense of urgency DO NOT go here.

The NP at VIP Primary Care is excellent! She took great care with my sons check up and answered all of my questions about my sons growth and care. The office was clean and well kept and everyone in the office was friendly, prompt and professional. We are very satisfied with our new primary care team and would highly recommend it for all ages. You can tell these people really care about your health!

I visited last year with Dr Rillo with no problems. This week she was sick (totally understandable) and the substitute Andrea Mapa saw me instead. She spoke to me with her back facing me the entire time and rushed out of the room within three minutes. She then sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy after confirming the correct one. The entire time I was uncomfortable, please do not go if you are not seeing Dr Rillo!!
