We use this company to generate copy for and to print our quarterly newsletters for our credit union. We were satisfied up until about three years ago. We have missed scheduled mailing times due to a production issue and an unexplained issue. As a credit union we have legal compliance that needs to be met each year through notifications contained in our newsletters. Missing deadlines is not acceptable in this industry. The sample copy for the recent newsletter was timely for last summer (COVID related items) but not for this summer. Our standing order of the last decade was suddenly changed and the company response was that there has been no change. We will be searching for a new provider.
