NE VA Med facility Nacogdoches. Came in for flu shot on 13 Oct22. Administered by RN. She gave a note to Dr Acel about my concern with sleep issues similar to sleep apnea. The same day he passed on request. VA sent notice in mail to schedule on 19 Oct with a ref #. The immediate interaction between all involved especially at NE facility and Dr Acel is truly amazing. This reflects the outstanding professional effort you provide to support veterans. I sincerely thank you
