Worked with them for about 8 years, we were frustrated with their services for more than half of those years. It took a lot of effort to achieve anything with them. Finally, they made a mistake that cost us thousands of dollars and they wouldn’t take responsibility for it. We switched to Paychex, after which we discovered we had been paying extremely high fees to Vertisource that they had refused to account for. Paychex has been a lot better service for less money.
