I had a wonderful experience with Juan Rivas. I’ve never worked with a recruiter before and if I ever have to do it again I’d call him immediately. He acted as if he was the one needing the job. Keeping me updated daily with different opportunities and what step in the process each company was currently taking. When it came time to negotiate the offer, not only was the initial offer amazing but he was actually able to go back an renegotiate basically everything I wanted. If you’re in need of a job and work in the automotive industry and have a technical background I would highly recommend going through Juan and Venteon.
