For the longest time Red Vector was great. The last year or so they are awful. No customer service at all. They do not report your CE hours and you have to call them to correct it NUMEROUS times after being on hold in excess of 45 minutes. I will not be using them again.

At my fire rescue department we use Vector’s Target Solutions (Target Safety) product for our online educational needs. The courses are top quality. The platform is simple to use for end users of all levels. From an administrator perspective it is easy to manage. The reporting is very comprehensive. It makes it easy to assure our firefighters, EMT’s and Paramedics all meet their educational requirements for re-certifications. They are continually improving their product utilizing input from their customers. Most importantly their customer service is fantastic!

These are some of the worst online learning courses I have seen. So many online learning faux paus, it is almost like the course is built around them. I would not recommend Vector Solutions to anyone involved in education.
