Bemrose was very fast and efficient as well as easy to communicate with and always answered the phone. Wonderful screening company. I worked with Elaine who was very knowledgeable and kind, willing to help and find solutions for my application. She even sent the results twice when the management company it was for could not see them. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness Elaine!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Now granted my credit score isn’t great. After being denied for an apartment because of this consulting company. I paid Experian and TransUnion to see my credit score and this consulting had my score off my 50 points. And when I mentioned it they can’t give me how or where they got their score from. No explanation at all for $55. They do whatever they want. I will now have to ask every property if they work with them. I just want to note that I have never been denied an application. Maybe an additional security deposit or co-signer but never denied. I think that speaks volumes. But I guess there’s a first time for everything.
Edit: Also for a $55 app fee I never got an alert that someone checked my credit. I don’t think they actually ran it. Even a soft inquiry I would see.

Not sure why any reasonable business owner would use this company. They don’t even try to do background checks, they just take your money, and turn you down. Funny how other companies can verify things such as employment, past rental references, etc. with no problems, but these people can’t. Don’t rent from anyone who uses this company.
