Completely Unprofessional Management and Zero Role Clarity
One of the worst professional experiences I’ve had. The MD runs two companies — Valuewing Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd and Paper Derivatives Global Company — and personally interviews candidates for more than two hours. However, after hiring, he often asks employees to quit within 2–3 months, citing performance issues, even though the roles given have no connection to what was discussed during hiring.
For example, an experienced HR professional was hired for responsibilities like salary processing, ESI, PF, employee welfare, and HR compliance. But after joining, the work assigned was completely unrelated — handling housekeeping staff and canteen operations. Even more concerning, the same tasks were also assigned to a toilet cleaner, whom the MD claimed was more suitable “after long conversations.” Then what’s the point of hiring qualified HR professionals?
There’s absolutely no respect for role definitions, experience, or employee dignity. Strongly not recommended for serious professionals
