Valuestaff have been one of the best agencies I’ve worked for. They have gone out of their way to make sure every problem I encounter is dealt with immediately. CSCS Laborer reporting:
Long story short the miscommunication has transited to bad communication overally. The agency was unable to inform me about the simple fact of “oveheads” deductions (bc umbrella agencies) and the Site Manager in this story was unable to explain himself so it became a toxic disfunctional relationship in a blinking. PS – I was able to arrange site (fences and safety protocols) for demolition under the supervision of a younger manager but, I wasn’t able to open a gate at the request of the manager in cause, so he became abnoxious and toxic. Money isn’t what u expect so get on your way for a simplier job.

Worked through this agency on a site in Peterborough the health and safety was shocking as a result I walked of the job after doing 3 days there when it come to paying me I received 166 for 3 days work meaning I made £55 a day when I questioned it they told me there The consequences to my actions this agency is appalling and I would strongly advise staying away from them
