I was so pleased to get a person who was patient, took their time to walk me through the issue(s) and understanding my limited technical knowledge. That was Andrew! His demeanor was great, professional and pleasant. He made the integration process a lot better to handle. I needed my label printer and receipt printers up and running and by the end of our prolonged, (that was on me), phone call I was good to go. Thank you Andrew! Reached out to VSC on Thursday night and heard back quickly on Friday morning. They were able to help me out with a POS bundle and worked with me to be flexible around different ordering options. Once we finally picked what we needed, Jasmine and Shelly were able to quickly get us invoiced and everything ready for shipment and also followed up to update us that the order was being processed/shipped.
All around great experience here.
