Even one star is not worthy! Guys please think twice before joining V3 staffing solutions. They think employees are not humans. One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve encountered in my career failed to conduct a proper induction. When someone is new to an organization, the HR representative should guide them through the company guidelines. There was a significant communication gap between the company and me.
I had only a 2-minute induction call with Ms. Binilisa (HR). From day one, I was communicating with the Founder, Mr. Dinesh. On the second day, no one connected with me. On the third day, I was given a requirement without proper information like notice period, mode of work, and whether candidates could be sourced from PAN India or a specific location. I wasn’t given access to the job portals. Everything had to be communicated through email only—no WhatsApp, phone calls, or Google chat were allowed.
Despite my doubts, I tried to manage the work without seeking help. The requirement was very niche, so I tried contacting Mr. Dinesh. He didn’t respond to my emails, so I called him, but still no response. Eventually, he responded while logging out and questioned why I was always calling or emailing him, saying he might be busy with other tasks. I explained that I needed my doubts clarified to complete my work.
The next day, I emailed him, asking for another point of contact since I couldn’t reach him often. He said I could reach him anytime. However, his feedback on screening candidates was always late.
One day, Ms.Binilisa contacted me, stating that things were not working out. She wasn’t ready to listen to my side. I explained that my job is to close positions, and sticking to one niche requirement for a week wouldn’t work. I also asked for another point of contact to make it easier to clear my doubts. She said they had their guidelines and couldn’t consider my feedback. So, I asked her to drop my candidature.
