I wanted to share my experience with the interview process at V2Soft. It’s been almost 25 days since the process started. After the initial round, I was called for an in-person interview at their office, and then, after another 10 days, I had a client round—without any proper updates or follow-ups in between. The communication was inconsistent, and despite stressing urgency, there was no clear progress or closure. Frankly, the whole experience looks like a fake interview process. It felt like they were not genuinely hiring. I hope the company re-evaluates how they handle candidates and improves transparency and professionalism.

Hello, I would like to draw the attention of the management teams at V2Soft. Firstly, the contact number you provided in Google is incorrect. I have received various emails from recruiters regarding opportunities, but whenever I attempted to reach them, no one answered the call. I have tried almost 200 times, yet nobody has responded to my calls. Therefore, I am questioning why you are providing contact information and posting job listings.

Attitude HR the way she ( Dont want to mention name) speaks rude behaviour. Company should teach minimum commonsense for HRs.
