They had towels and blankets when requested and the room was spacious. The outdoor pool and pool area was nice with plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing special but had enough options that everyone was able to find something they could eat.

Room and service were great! Breakfast was among the best I’ve enjoyed at any hotel. Highly recommend.
That being said, was a bit disappointed with the lack of handicapped accessibility options. There were no accessible rooms with two beds available at all nor there were not any shower seats available to help even a bit with my stay.
Also, the convention center is not exactly easy or safe to get to from this hotel if you’re in a wheelchair as the road between here and there lacks a sidewalk and, for several nerve-racking yards, even a bike lane. Not something the hotel can control of course, just a heads up.

👍🛏️ Most importantly, my unit was sanitary and fairly clean. My stay was mostly comfortable, although the AC unit was a bit noisy. You can feel the age of the building in some areas more than others, but overall it’s maintained.
👍👨💻 Friendly and attentive staff!
👍📺 Great accommodations in the room, including a refrigerator and a microwave.
🍳☕️ Breakfast is served by the hotel in the morning. Simple coffee or tea (hot water) is always available in the lobby, which is appreciated.
👎🔐 My room key glitched and kept me locked out for about 20 minutes. This issue inconveniently occurred when I returned tired late in the night.
👎🚿 Not a terrible issue, but the bath in my unit was clogged and it took a while for the water to go down.
🅿️🚗 Accessible parking around the building, but I personally didn’t utilize it. The location is convenient if you have a car or plan to Uber, but it’s not walkable in the surrounding area.
