My experience with USGP has always been positive and encouraging, especially from my recruiter Matthew Black. His knowledge, expertise, and guidance have led me to where I’m at today- working for a great cause and being able to serve those who are serving. The complaint I am reading are from employees that do not understand that they are contract workers. Yes they are employees by US Got People but they do not work in the corporate office. All the claims and reviews are about the location they work, which I know from personal experience the mangers do take very serious and have often gone above and beyond for the employees to correct the issues they had in their work environment.
USGP is an amazing place to work, come speak to any current employee and they will confirm.

Work’n with the people was o.k to a certain extent until they started complaining. I jus hated complainers. They did more complaining than working. Some jus didn’t get the work done fast enough. Then they jus sit there & do nothing.
But the people in the DFAC ( downstairs) were awesome. These people i worked with in the Cafe’ some of them were backstabbers & snakes and they will kick you down when you are down. They did not care. !!
