The “boss” Ron is wholly disrespectful. He likes to call at 5 in the morning and demand you go out right then and there or not work again. I tried leveling with him and his response was “my name is not dude. My name is Ron” the first time he called at 530 am he expected me to drive to Colorado springs from aroura for 12$ and hour. Yeah I don’t think so. They also screw your hourly rate if you’re paper work is not perfect. This company does not deserve quality employees. I was told that communication was good during my interview and I’ve experienced the exact opposite. Ron clean up your additude and maybe skilled people will stick around. You have 2.8 stars on here for a reason.

I was the admin for 1 1/2 years until the owner fired me because the sales rep quiet, and I refused to do a job I was uncomfortable with and took more time away from my children then my current position (mind you I preformed this job and respectfully declined months before). When he claimed he couldn’t trust me I reminded him I was only there for 4 months when he went out of the country the 1st time during the holidays and I broke my wrist and still made it in at 5:30 am every day while he was gone & when he got back there was no consideration for my broken wrist or follow up appointments that were scheduled during my lunch so I could get paid correctly, or all the times I had to rearrange mine and my children’s schedule for his family time, last minute vacations & 2nd renovation, I earned and deserved a little trust and respect. With that he said he was the owner and could do whatever he wanted, and I need to gather my belongings and leave immediately all a week before the holidays took off. No one deserves to be treated the way this owner treats his staff. Not only the admin staff but the temps as well I always felt so bad the way he talked to people like he’s better than everyone, Owner or not no one deserves to be treated that way just to work your ass off for them to benefit and treat you like that? Find better you deserve better!

I wish I could post zero stars but I have to choose one. I worked 15 hours for this very little work available company. I have not gotten paid. Ron just says I will check payroll or I’ll call you when I hear something. Its been a month. I need my money. I reported them to the Colorado labor board. I hope they get shut down!
