I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I was hired as an OTA. From the start, there was a clear lack of support and organization. I was never provided with my students goals or assigned an OTR supervisor, both of which are legally required. I had to contact the parents directly just to access their child’s IEPs, which is the agency’s responsibility.
In an effort to help, I even referred two OTRs I personally knew for them to assign as my supervisors and still, nothing was done. I basically had to do their job for them and yet there was no follow through or accountability.
Ashley, who was assigned as my coordinator, constantly had last minute excuses and delayed important responsibilities. This made it nearly impossible to do my job effectively and provide quality care to the students.
Working for this company has been super unprofessional and chaotic.
