I had approached Urbandots Consultancy Pvt Ltd with high hopes after hearing their claims about providing work visas to countries like Japan, South Korea, and Europe. During my first visit, they assured me of their expertise and support in securing a European work visa. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I applied for a European work visa three times through this agency and faced rejection each time. Despite paying their fees and trusting their process, they made no significant effort to guide me on what went wrong or how to improve my application. They had initially promised to assist me with alternative options or apply for other countries like Japan or South Korea, but after the third rejection, they stopped contacting me altogether. This is my experience with them—I don’t know about others. However, I think they will come up with an excuse to reply to my message because they are good at that. Their initial promises seem to be just marketing tactics to attract clients. I feel that I wasted my time and money with this agency, and I would advise others to be cautious before engaging with them.

I applied for a Portugal visa through a Kozhikode based agency, but there was no update for six months. I then cancelled the processing and applied through UrbanDots consultancy, obtaining the visa in only two months.
