One time they just didn’t hand out paychecks. The HR guy fired someone for questioning why his paycheck was messed up. Their main buyer or product told the owner that he was running this company into the ground. They make you buy all of your tools for fixture welding. Second shift was a bunch of good guys and the lead was the only reason i even turned on my welder. They continuously lie to employees and don’t incentivize in any way. They are not climate controlled, even though they say they are, the air quality is horrible. Nothing is ever updated. The shift premium is 25 cents. Steer clear, there are way better places

If I could give this company a grade it would be a D. Only because it hasn’t failed yet. Pros: great group of guys to work with. Cons: Insert problem. They have it. Like the rest have said. Just stay clear. They ain’t in it to win it.
