My experience with Ultimate Staffing has been nothing short of amazing. As a post graduate looking for short-term work, Drew was extremely helpful in helping me find a position that fit my preferences. Previously, I attempted to work with a different agency before discovering Ultimate Staffing where I was offered a position and eventually ghosted — I shared this negative experience with Drew and rest assured, he relieved any concerns I had! He is very communicative, thorough, and helpful. Although the first few positions he proposed for me to try were not ideal for me, he continued to search and reach out until I found a role that I best fit. Now, Drew has helped me land a contracting job working in the career field which I am currently pursuing! He has continued communications throughout the start of my new position, and even has made the effort to meet me in person to assure everything was going smoothly. I have only been an Ambassador for Ultimate Staffing for a short time, but I feel as though I’ve been here much longer. Thanks to Kirsten! We initially connected randomly as she listened to me vent about how unhappy I was at my old job. She made note of the things I wanted in a new job and set about finding a match for me…and what a match it has turned out to be! She recognized this opportunity as a good fit for me even though I didn’t think it was so. I am super happy she was correct! There were a couple of hiccups, but Kirsten worked to resolve them. The effort was seamless, but much appreciated! Yep…I am definitely in the right place.
