As I was beginning to prepare for my job search I thought okay here we go again. Once Unity Search made it very clear that they are okay working with people that have disabilities I was hopeful but still very hesitant. My recruiter was impressed with my resume so once we connected the rest was history. I have never had a better experience with a staffing agency! The level of professionalism was outstanding!! They were informative and communicated with me each step so after my first day on assignment, because of their efforts I knew that it was a perfect fit. Unity Search has been very informative and supportive since beginning to work with them 3 months ago. I’ve never dealt with an agency that checked with me multiple times to make sure I had everything I needed and also made sure I was comfortable with my interaction with my contract employer as well as Unity Search. Should the need arise, I will definitely go to them first.
