In the context of career guidance, I attended 3 sessions at United Talent, all three of which have ensured that I now know myself better and can apply for jobs in a targeted manner. I turned to United Talent because I had the feeling that my new job was a wrong choice. However, because of Covid, I didn’t know if my bad feeling was really because of the job or because of Covid itself. All 3 sessions were super interesting. I know myself much better now and I am convinced that my new job is now the right choice. United Talent has really opened my eyes. And it is clear that you can never start too early with career coaching. Knowledge of what drives you and who you are can avoid a lot of misery in the future. (It is a pity that the government career vouchers only apply to people with 7 years of work experience or more.) Finally, I would like to say that all conversations with Peggy were very pleasant. And that’s important when you actually have to expose yourself a bit. I immediately felt at ease. Highly recommended!

In November 2019, Peggy contacted me for a position as a representative at a renowned listed multinational. After a short telephone conversation, she invited me to her office to find out who I was and what made me tick! What I could conclude from this was that Peggy really looks for the person in a candidate and wants to match the candidate with the employer in as many ways as possible. By receiving so much information about the employer from Peggy, I was very well prepared for all the questions I was asked during the application. So no unpleasant surprises here! By telephone contact immediately after the application, I felt that Peggy saw me working in this position. She contacted the employer herself to listen to their experience and feelings about the conversation. So everything was done in a jiffy, within a week. I knew instinctively that Peggy is the ideal ‘job matchmaker’, because of the way she asks questions, listens to the person and the excellent follow-up. I can highly recommend Peggy to people who would like to work in sales and are looking for a company with a clear vision. She will look for the ideal job for you!

The coach I met at United Talent was a warm discussion partner who listened to my question and worked in a very structured manner. She maintained her line of action without taking over the direction of my process. Through various methods, I was given the opportunity to let the insights given sink in at my own pace and come to my own decisions. She used her personal story and various background to provide confidence. “Planning, Action and Evaluating what suits me” were the key messages. I also appreciated her availability: calling or emailing between appointments was never a problem.
