The good thing about the agency is onboarding is fast. I am giving them 1 star to acknowledge their fast onboarding process BUT THE BAD … well they are unprofessional with their communication. I tried reaching out to multiple representatives for an information regarding my assignment after they made me go through fingerprinting and a background check. I was never offered shifts that I was promised to work. Then they don’t respond to any outreach, if you call the front desk they try to avoid or hang up. I dealt with George and it was a terrible experience. He thinks he “calls the shots” and proceeds with the demeanor that he is above all. I could’ve tolerated this role but George is a executive with childish/unprofessional behavior. If you need employment and a reliable HR please avoid this company.

The staff at United were lovely and very amicable. They helped me find a job in a matter of weeks and were able to help me transition from overseas back to U.S. work. Thank you Danielle and the staff of United Staffing Solution.

I’ve never experienced working with a company as this, very unprofessional!! They do not care about the workers what so ever, I’ve been in my field for over 8 years and never have I experienced what I did with them, I wouldn’t advise anyone working with this company.
