I had high hopes when I reached out to Mohammed Palsani for help identifying a Medicare supplement for my husband, but unfortunately my experience was very frustrating.
Mo helped us to submit an initial application for a supplement, and he assured me he would support us in filing an appeal if we were denied. My husband was denied by the insurance company, and Mo was CC’d on the rejection notice. I reached out to him numerous times to receive assistance filing an appeal, and he never responded. In trying to receive his help, our window to appeal expired, and my husband now will not be able to access additional coverage.
It’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when you’re trusting an agent to handle important matters like insurance. If you’re looking for someone who will actually follow through, I would not recommend Mo.
