Rude and racist. Had someone next to me that wrote on a letter a little different than it’s written in the United States. Lady tells the clerk she is from Germany and apologizes and the lady turns around and tells her “well that’s not how we do it here”. The lady paused and proceeded to ask for an envelope and the clerk responded in a slow manner telling her “I. Don’t. Have. It. Go. Over. There.” And points to the wall with envelopes. I’m from Germany as well and that was completely uncalled for. Entirely impatient with anyone that walked with a different nationality. Clerk worked closing today whoever she is. Short and ponytail. Hire someone else to be around customers, not someone that’s racist.

Extremely rude service from Louis. **just an update: Louis has worked here for ten years and knows about as much as a newborn baby (maybe less) told me I couldn’t ship a package in an envelope labeled “domestic or international” because it wasn’t ground shipping…. Funny, it shipped fine with no trouble from USPS and no one else telling me the packaging was incorrect. Seeing how he likes to do this often and try and get people to buy thing they don’t need I figured I would update this to let people know he’s got the knowledge of a tree stump and you will be fine shipping your package else where. I would avoid this USPS if you don’t want unnecessary disrespect in your day. The USPS ON BRAKER is WAY BETTER and the people are nice and knowledgeable (unlike Louis). P.S. the photo attached is Louis. I just used someone else’s since he’s obviously a BIG problem with everyone who encounters him.

This is consistently one of the worst run post offices I have ever visited. For example, today there was big line (many families with kids) mostly for passport processing. There was one person working the counter with at least 30 people in line (including kids). There didn’t appear to be any effort to explain to customers the process for getting on the waiting list for walk-in passport processing or where to go if you just needed something mailed. I don’t necessarily blame the one employee that was doing the best he could. I do feel like the post master for this office needs to provide better training and organize the staff and office in a better manner. A few simple steps could make a big difference in the customer experience. A private company would not survive very long if they ran their business in this manner.
