We were matched to Denise Peters at Unified Staffing LLC when we requested an estimate on having to floor of our shower replaced. Ms. Peters showed up with a man several days later and looked at the shower, and as she was leaving she said that they would probably work on the estimate that night. We never heard from them again. Finally, after a long time had passed, my wife called and was told by Ms. Peters that it was too small a job for them to do.
I have absolutely no problem with Ms. Peters making this business decision. I do, however, have a problem with her not having the common courtesy and respect to simply call and tell us that. I think it shows a real lack of integrity to just blow people off without any explanation. If you are considering using Ms. Peters or her company for any jobs you may have, ask yourself if this is the kind of person you want working for you. I know I’ll never call her again.

Everyone was very informative and the service was fast and spot on. The technician that came out was polite and quick to address the problem. Great experience!
