Was a patient of Doctor Gilcrest in Hickory. He has the bedside manner of a hickory tree. He does not ask how you feel he basically tells you how to feel. I complained about his treatment and was ousted from the practice. This will show you how Ortho Carolina cares for it’s patients. I would stay away from this practice and doctors and spend my money on a really good doctor.

Reception doesn’t disappoint with the trend of reviews…. Unfriendly snark delivered when I was looking for a different business. Find a new voice for reception if she hates her job that much.
Seems to be a pattern here, improvement opportunities abound.

I have some knee pain, for a while now. Decided to go to these guys and see if they can find anything. X-rayed my knee and said everything is fine, the send me another doctor to see if some nerve from lower spine is giving me the trouble, said it’s all good.
BUT I SILL have the knee pain.
Paid twice $250, then some other bill is coming in.
Unhappy with your services specifically with your billings.
