Even though I’m no longer with Ultra Personnel, their staff remains some of my closest allies. My time with them was a positive experience as I learned and grew in my safety position. I applied months ago and never heard anything nor ever got any job assignments. Fast forward to February 2023, I get a mail in the letter stating I am being reported as an employee at Ultra Personnel (I am not). I try calling, no answer. I go down in person and explain my situation and get told that I’m not the only one this has happened to, it will “fix itself” and I get referred to HR when I go in the second time. I tried calling plenty of times, supposedly a message was left with Laura, and I left voicemails for Laura (ext. 1020) from HR to where I was referred and still no response. It’s a small office, and doesn’t seem too busy. Definitely do not apply here, if it’s hard to get through to them in person and through the phone, I can’t imagine it being any better as an actual ‘employee’. The fact I never got a call, text, email, nothing is ridiculous. I’m sure my messages and attempts to contact were acknowledged but were obviously ignored. I can’t imagine not being capable of doing your job at an office so quiet you would hear a pin drop. Stay away, the hassle to contact them is a red flag within itself.
