I don’t think there is enough time to touch base on every reason why this place is everything you could need in a psychiatric business. Every single moment I have been with them has been the best experience I could ever imagine. Blair at the desk is an absolute light of beautiful energy who has done so very much for me. She has returned every single one of my calls (and at one point there was a lot) as quickly as humanly possible, every conversation she was honest, kind, and bubbly. Walking in and being greeted with a big smile is the best! The waiting room is comfortable, cheerful, and always smells and feels so fresh! Every person that works there will great you with a smile and a friendly hello even if they’re just walking by. My wait time is never long, and I wouldn’t even care if it was. There’s just something about the energy as soon as you walk in that just feels so uplifting. I see Brayden and let me tell you, at the end of my first visit with her I was left in (happy) tears because I felt like I finally found someone who truly cared. She is so kind, so honest, and really truly listens! Every appointment makes me feel amazing. She and Blair went above and beyond to deal with my insurance to get the right things covered for me. You honestly won’t find a better place in this city than Peace of Mind. I refer everyone I talk to to this place, and I will continue to until they tell me they can’t possibly take any more people. If you are struggling, or have been let down over and over again and just don’t know what to do anymore, look no further and make an appointment with this team! Their website has every provider listed with a complete bio explaining their focuses so that was the most helpful thing for me deciding exactly which providers I would ask for at the beginning.
I know there are a couple bad reviews in here, but please keep in mind that it’s up to you to see what you experience yourself. As someone who works in customer service, sometimes bad experiences are not always the fault of the business, and may be the fault of the patrons. Respect goes both ways, and I can say from my own personal experience, I’ve always been respectful, kind and had a smile on my face when dealing with anyone here even when things got frustrating with my insurance because I truly trusted that they wanted to help me. It does make a difference when that kind of stuff can be frustrating for everyone involved. They really will look out for your best interest, and I can honestly say that as someone who came in on day one terrified due to a previous experience else where.
