These guys do NOT know how to ship medical equipment. I had a microscope shipped from NYC to Puerto Rico and it arrived totally destroyed due to the absolutely improper packing. These guys are just totally incompetent. However, they are very expensive. Don’t believe for a second that their high cost means good service.

Alan Moore is a very professional and outstanding person to do business with. I used Navis to ship large items from California to New York. One large upholstered item was damaged. Alan methodically organized the insurance claim and I was able to get compensation for the damage. I highly recommend Alan for all your shipping needs.

I didnt end up using Navis for my shipment (the details changed too quickly for me to get the works to them) however I want to give them five stars for all of their help and support in answering my numerous questions and for quickly replying to the alterations to my estimate. The manager who I spoke with over the phone thought to ask things I wouldn’t have remembered to mention which were key to the shipping request so – thumbs up to that! I will consider them in the future as they also were much quicker to reply and much easier to deal with than other shipping vendors. Thanks for your help!
