They wanted an in person interview, I was sat in a boiling hot room to watch a tutorial video and waited for someone to come in as the video was on repeat. The lady who wanted me to come in spoke to me for two minutes. Then I had to follow up because I heard nothing from her. Then she told me she needed more references (gave her 3) and called up yesterday got no call back ! Sent two emails didn’t receive any response back. Also the job I applied for was for forklift driving and she tried to offer me a job with a quater of the wages to unload shipping containers! I will be posting a review every day until I get a response or apology because in this time where people are struggling! I find this to be highly unprofessional and obviously management doesn’t care about their clients at all!
I will be posting on multiple Facebook pages about Tusk group ! Don’t treat people like this it’s EVIL. If this were a movie this company is the Villain

I applied based on an ad on seek. I had a phone call from someone and all was going well until I told her I had a previous injury that didn’t restrict me in any way. She made out that all was good and that someone would be in touch. I then received an email from seek stating my application was unlikely to progress … Reason being: my answer to question of how much notice I needed to give current employer did not match their preference. As I work casually thru another agency I had stated I didn’t need to give any notice.
go figure. Do not recommend. Thumbs down.

I don’t usually review any businesses, but felt obliged to warn the public with this company as 2 of our friends applied through this recruitment agency for a casual job they posted in Seek. We were told that they sent them an email with a link to FlareHR where they were asked to answer some questions and load their documents (passports, drivers license, TFN, etc…). They called the company just to verify if the post was legit as it was asking for personal documents. They told them that it was okay, as their process is usually done that way. After loading all the documents, they haven’t heard anything from them with regards to the progress of their application 2 weeks after. Looks like they just wanted to get people’s personal information through their Ad.
BEWARE: Never give your personal info and documents unless a job is offered or an interview is done. BEWARE OF ANY RECRUITMENT COMPANY THAT OPERATES THIS WAY!
