Not surprised by this, from looking at other reviews, but my experience seems to match others. I got contacted through LinkedIn about a potential job opportunity. I had a phone call about the role and was told I would receive an email going forward, etc. I have not had any contact since. I asked for an update on two separate days, only to be ignored. Terrible, unprofessional service that will only waste your time.

They hired me for a contract position, took all the personal details including bank details, SSN, Dl, Parment Residence, work authorization, etc. And terminated my contract only after 20Hrs of job. So they paid me approx. $500 and got all the information. I think they are running a fraud.

So I’ve been with Tundra for 2.5 years and it’s been the family I didn’t know I needed. After working in hospitality for 10 years, I was hired as a Technical Recruiter during the pandemic when my restaurant closed. There’s no doubt, it’s a very fast paced sales environment, full of determined, supportive and inspirational folks from all walks of life. I was surprised to not only be given the tools to succeed here but also given the time and energy from leaders who invested in my success. I completed a Master’s degree along side my first year at Tundra and my managers were accommodating and supportive. I left for around 6 months last year to complete the most part of my courses and was welcomed back with open arms in a new position as a Talent Acquisition Partner. I had always wanted to join the People and Culture team so to come back on the team I wanted, has been a dream come true. Tundra is a not a corporation and I do not feel like just a number. You get out what you put in. It takes time to build trust and if you earn it and work hard they will look after you. I know I’m biased, but I would recommend working here if you want to succeed while feeling valued along the way.
