Purchased plots at Tventures Mallapur Yadagirigutta in 2016.
No development in venture nor the office staff has any plans to develop in near future.
In March 2024 the Tventure head Mr.Vaikunth Rao informed that a committee will be formed wherein all the plot owners will be invited to discuss the development at this venture. However I have not yet seen any progress.
All the ventures are developing gradually around the temple however this venture has not shown any development.

The entire venture is fraud, please ask them for link documents of the land and check at MRO and collector office before making any transcations. You cannot get the land transferred on your name and check the survey number at Dharni portal you wont see their names at all.

I purchased 3 lands by believing their words and through office colleque. After that they are unable to do registration and unable to meet promises they gave( like interest for amount for which I paid early).. i lost upto 5 lakhs..i fought for money( actual paid plus interest ) but they not given interest and given actual amount after 1 & half year with lot of struggle ..so friends .don’t trust anyone…check everything .also know the actual price of the land and their price compare and then decide.
