Please do NOT waste your time working with Tracey Shady-Victor. She’s very unprofessional and will cut you off when you don’t respond on her time. I was rejected from a job because apparently my salary was outside of the range. As a Recruiter, why wouldn’t you have that information available beforehand and be transparent about it? Everyone knows the budget when a role is created. She called me at 8:59am when I clearly told her I would be unavailable until 11am. She sent an email at 10:09am rejecting my application while I was at a funeral burying my Mother. I called her a few moments ago and she didn’t even remember my name from two days. Are you serious? Who tells someone they don’t remember you because they speak to a lot of people? She’s just unprofessional and I’m definitely sharing this on LinkedIn. I’ll be contacting Buoy Health as well.
