Branch guy wrongfully terminated me, after I called and asked how payments work, he started questioning me. Then said I failed the interview, when I was calling about a simple question? Told me I can come into the office and show uniform, I simply questioned do you guys provide? Then took offense (just because you are offended doesn’t mean I was offensive) and didn’t give me a chance to come in. And said I’ve been terminated. Like many others have experienced, I simply was trying to do my job and experienced an abuse of power.

Please refer to my legitimate review which I posted on People Ready office location in Naples, Florida about 1 week ago… I was mistreated from Nathalie, the branch manager by not allowing me to use their bathroom which was an emergency. After 20 minutes of waiting as she asked me to, I had to walk across the street during heavy traffic to go #2. I also bought a new cell phone charger as mine wasn’t working that morning. Nathalie then snapped her fingers at me after we had the opportunity to watch their flagging video and then I was treated like an object. I reported this to True Blue directly on response to my legit review and then they told me that office handles their own issues separately and that I should’ve showed up to my shift. This is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior especially by upper management from their corporate office. I am very glad to look for employment elsewhere. Last, I’ve had numerous instances where I’ve scheduled work only to e notified at the last minute that next morning that I wasn’t needed to work or I would end up getting 4 hours of work at the jobsite after I was told by Nathalie to be prepared to work a full days shift.

I took a position in this company as a selling branch manager and all I can say is this was the worst experience I’ve had in my 25 years in the staffing industry. My my market manager Andrew does not know how to do anything except pass the buck, and delegate all his problems to other people. He is a master of delegation and CYA. In my 6 months enroll, after finally my 6th complaint on how horribly this market was being around they decided it giving my separation papers. The burden on this company is so bad there in so much litigation, that The pricing is through the roof and cannot compete with any other staffing agency. This should be a top 2022. Worst places to work not best.
