Signing up with TNL was super easy and convenient! The team forwarded all the documents i needed to sign online the day they reached out to me after i replied to the Glassdoor job posting. Everything was taken care of by the team from tax info, to bank deposit and additional required tickets. (the tickets were free!) Soon after the team found me a job suited to my skill set and i was off to site! After being with for the company they found for me for a couple of weeks, the team helped me negotiate a raise for the time i was putting in! Working with True North over the past few years has been a great experience for me. They always supply top quality workers normally over qualified for their positions. All of their staff are dressed for success both in performance and appearance. Compared to the other Temp Agencies out there I’ve been very impressed. Most agencies you order a carpenters assistant with his own tools and a fall protection ticket but come morning you get a general labourer with neither tools or fall protection.Then I’m spending a lot of time & energy on getting a replacement, and as time is money in this business that can be super frustrating especially on a daily basis. With True North I don’t get these issues. Right people for the right job! And it’s been because of the personal customer service they have in place. I call up Alex and his team of associates with any issues and they show up onsite with solutions not excuses. I’ve been blown away by the workers they have on staff as they are constantly upgrading their resumes with tickets and skills from True North’s onsite training facilities. Again another reason why I don’t worry about whether or not the workers have been properly trained and ticketed.
