CARRIERS BE WARNED! This company completely misrepresents itself. They claim high start rates and high retention, when that is simply not the case. Do not be fooled by them, you are only wasting your time and money. UPDATE: The owner responded with a claim that I was terminated due to “performance & integrity issues”. Simultaneously, sending me a Cease and Desist email. While it is true that I was let go, the reasoning I was given was “company restructuring”. A few hours after I was let go for “company restructuring”, I received an email from the owner, stating that I was actually let go because “I misrepresented my military career”. The guy has my DD214, there was no misrepresentation, ever. I take pride in myself as a Veteran, and would never misrepresent what I have and have not done in my time of service. The reality of the situation is, the owner lacks integrity himself. He has a fragile ego and cannot handle being coached up, or any type of constructive criticism. He wants robotic employees, that are completely ok with a toxic and hostile work environment. Thats not me. As soon as I started voicing my concerns, I was immediately treated differently. Ultimately, being let go for things that are entirely false.

I had been actively trying to find a decent job on my own with several offers on the table…. And if your a driver you know how things can sound in the beginning so I was having a hard time trying to find the right fit… Courtney and Clint were a great help right when I needed it most! Not only did they take the time to listen to what I was wanting out of my company but they didn’t throw a bunch of extra offers my way .. They took the time to get the right one… And have been there every step of the way … Even after being hired they care enough to check in regularly to make sure I’m being treated well and thanks to them I’m with a company I adore! Forever grateful to Clint and Courtney! You guys are awesome!
