If I could leave zero stars, I would — but even that feels too generous. Living here has been such a joy: mold everywhere, rotting conditions, and a housing office that acts like communication is optional.
They even hired HVAC contractors who, in a bold move, just let themselves into our locked house while we were gone. The only “notice” they gave was a piece of paper taped to the front door, claiming 48 hours’ warning — but the scheduled date was literally the next day. Stellar work all around.
If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. Save yourself the stress, the health risks, and the headache. Just live off base

Was spoken to very rudely to when I was trying to get information about my move by my housing manager Gabrielle Stark. Seems like any time I go to get help with something they all have the worst attitudes.

Awful management. This company is completely money hungry . The conditions of the houses are cheap and awful. When we moved in the house was disgusting but apparently they have people come in and clean. It did not look like that. When we moved out we cleaned and they still charged us for everything. Minor things that could’ve been charged in the cleaning fee that they said they would charge us regardless of conditions weren’t done. They instead said they rather replace and charge us. Do not go here. Worst company ever. And will take your money without consent.
